SELF-STORAGE FACILITIES FOR LMS

From 2017, APK has established cooperation with the owner of the LESS-MESS brand, LMS Developments, which is currently developing in Poland a network of several dozen “Self-Storage” facilities, i.e. offering individual customers, both individuals and small businesses, high-standard warehouse space with commercial and office services. Some of them on the ground level are accessible directly from the outside of the building (garage boxes). LMS facilities are open 24/7, monitored and guarded. Access to all floors is ensured by cargo and passenger elevators. The stairwells are intended primarily for evacuation. LMS buildings provide a high level of security and stable climate conditions for the storage of goods. Despite this, they are indeed environmentally friendly, as they have been designed for a minimum demand for energy from non-renewable sources, in accordance with the latest trends. LMS facility installation systems use extensively both solar energy and geothermal heat.

LESS MESS Poznań Krzesiny

The first LMS facility designed by APK is located in Krzesiny District in Poznań (at 515 Ostrowska Street). The client chose the location due to its excellent visibility from the A2 motorway just before the exit to the Krzesiny junction. The evening illumination of the red border of the window zone makes it impossible to overlook the facility. The building has five above-ground storeys (without a basement) and almost 10,000 m2 of inner space. It was delivered in 2018 and commissioned in the first days of January 2019. The structural was prepared by the Kraków-based Design Studio of Building Constructions Prokons while M&E by TRiM-tech of Skórzewo. The General Contractor was the Warsaw company AGMET SA.
