The HOMAG production plant with an office, social facilities and an exhibition building will be located on Zaniemyska Street (DW nr. 432) in Środa Wielkopolska. Since the spring of 2021, APK has been participating in the design work to prepare the concept of the new HOMAG plant in Środa Wielkopolska, initially for Hochtief Polska and then directly for the Investor. In the end, the investor chose the “Design & Build” scenario and entrusted the task to GOLDBECK. The functional program of the plant includes a production and warehouse building with an area of approximately 32,000 m2, a three-storey social and office building with a canteen and an exhibition building. According to the APK concept, the production/storage halls and the social/office/exhibition buildings were interconnected. In addition, the project included an internal transportation system, i.e. a parking lot for employees with 480 parking spaces, maneuvering areas with parking spaces for trucks and internal roads, including fire roads.
